Pros

> Relatively flat structure > Nice employees > User-centered approach > Free snacks, beer, and beverages > Autonomy for the most part

Cons

> Lures talented people into the organization with promises of big salaries and responsibilities after brief trial period. They set unrealistic goals and even if you reach them they still won't deliver. > Management is absent and clueless. They're focused on becoming the next big agency but have no clear plan or vision on how to get there. > High turnover (excess of 5% of personal each month) > Bad HR and on-boarding ever. They literally throw you into the fire and watch you burn.

Pros

Nice, smart people, collaborative environment.

Cons

Jobs are very subject to market volatility. When brands don't make money, they often cut back on content.

Pros

Most colleagues are nice and collaborative. Decent benefits. Competitive pay for an agency. Flexible work environment.

Cons

Post-merger layoffs spread out over several months. Homogeneous culture with minimal diversity. Laid off “for performance” after confirming upcoming PTO for a religious holiday that was only days away (and that I had requested months in advance), so take that as you will. Had to fight for unemployment benefits afterward. From a business standpoint, minimal client diversity. One major client rules the roost and causes reevaluation of staff and resources on quarterly basis. Not a sustainable business model in the current economic climate.
