Pros
-The staff at MTS are a group of fascinating people. When it is busy,stressful or just having a laugh there is never a dull moment working at MTS.
-The employees will take the time to show you the ropes and explain (when it is not to busy of a day)
-Can be understanding of Personal Issues and days of leisure.
-They give you the chance to put your best foot forward, to be independent, and to grow as an IT Professional.
-Service Manager does weekly check-ins
-Having a weekly Metro-card is a blessing
Cons
- There at times can be a lack of communication between techs and the service manager
- You can miss lunch sometimes
- It is an unpaid internship
