Pros
Very patient staff, willing to work one on one with you to solve issues. Help is ready and available from whoever if you just ask. Took me with no certs which I think is rare but the experience is amazing. They are a boutique firm so customer service is key but the skill level of all of the techs is pretty out of this world. I was floored by how much people knew off the cuff. Also allow the intern to go and handle some issues with a very high-end clientele so you can say you are doing things on your own. This is an awesome company. I came in as a junior tech but definitely leaving as an L1 - L2 technician.
Cons
Can get pretty busy so be ready to eat the snacks for lunch. Not really a con because there is always something to eat here if you cannot afford to buy food every day.
