Pros
My co-workers and managers were great to work with and everyone for the most part got along with each other. I really enjoyed the uniform aspect where you can where the clothes from the store, except it always seemed to be the less attractive items they'd make the employees wear. The flexibility with less or more hours was great and the ability to schedule time off was great as well. Great work culture, easy interview process.
Cons
The managers and coworkers make or break your experience working for Mango. The regional manager makes the workplace tense because they can be super picky or overly detailed on things customers won't really notice. They change the layout of the store every week which makes it hard to remember where items are and the requirement for sales associates to know where said items are, what theme they represent etc is a lot. Sales goal for each week was unachievable unless you're always in a customers face trying to persuade them to buy an item they'll likely return. Being reprimanded for not reaching the goal in front of everyone was embarrassing. Stressful environment between coworkers due to each person trying to make their own goals instead of having fun with each other, it became competitive and drama filled.
