      It was a great job. Great people. Decent pay. The food was great. I like the paid vacation too. I wish I still worked there.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
