      * Discount * some of the team

      * Poor direction from Senior MAngement * Never enough staff * pay is low for the amount of running around you do * They talk about service but we have just about enough time to run around the keep the racks full, but never enough time to stop and help customers, it;s all about tasking not about service.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
