Okay for experience - Anonymous employee Management & Science University Employee Review

Staff were treated like rubbish by top management Most students had bad attitude because of 'I pay your salary' culture Expensive food at the cafeteria Academic staff had to do a lot of programmes with students with no money allocation provided (I found it improper to have money collection from students ever time we had to do programmes) Heavy workload - 18 hours and more (had been informed earlier in the interview that teaching hours would be 18 hours max)
