Pros
- As you will be basically assuming all the responsibility, you will learn a lot. - Exposure to clients which most likely will be your next employeer. - There is good talent within the company, but unfortunately these are the first ones to leave as good work is not very well compensated.
Cons
- Very badly organised company (internal procedures are a mess). - All is managed in an extremely old fashioned Spanish way even though they state to be international. - Remote work is a joke, only from the city you are employed and 2 days a week. You feel controlled every moment by your managers, even though you are the one doing the job for them (some of them, they just don't speak English being in charge of internal departments for European offices) - Lack of people management which leads everyone to leave the company after 1.5/2 years. - Overtime is not paid and you won't even have time to look for another job as little free time will be left.
