Possibility to travel and to learn a lot if you are assigned to the proper project. Well paid compared to other companies for junior profiles.
Cons
Working hours. You normally work more than 10 hours per day (on Friday you normally only work from 9 am to 3 pm). Bureocracy. The contact to your partner does not exist. You are not important for the senior people. A lot of people leave the company in the first two years.
