      I thought the organisation was a stable and a good company

      Cons

      Hiring is done at 5k/month INR stipend for 3 months (after campus placement). Even after that if they have project, only then they will hire you else not.

      Very accepting group of individuals led by a strong women paving the way forward for the future. Pros: - Very flexible and understadning - Incredibly driven people - Coworkers always pushing for the best; they truly know how to bring out your full potential
