Pros
Free swag and awesome people you get to meet at events. Fair hourly pay (including mileage) and perks. Selling a superior cannabis product.
Cons
Cliques rule the show. No transparency and a high turnover rate. Company will use you up and spit you out at their convenience. High pressure from upper management with no returned favor. Sexism/racism tolerated, and some of the branding is problematic.
