I have no clue how this company manages to operate. They have incredibly outdated business processes. So outdated in fact, that most of the company doesn't know how they work.
The entire company is run on a series of Microsoft Excel documents. To do one simple task, requires you to pull information from several different sources. Those sources range from obsolete databases, more Excel files, and physical paper cabinets.
As a result, there's been mass turnover in the customer service team and other teams as well.
