Pros
Some excellent people, who demonstrate true commitment in a mission driven business. There are many aspects of the business that are great for testing ideas, and it's certainly a place that embraces creativity in any role.
Cons
The inevitable conflict of trying to stay true to this mission, but become a profit generating business. This may cause some conflicts depending on which side of the fence you fall on.
