Pros
As a recent college graduate, Maker's Row was a great team to join. The team is filled of young, smart, and adaptable people that are always willing to assist on whatever projects come their way.Because the team is small, I have been able to gain exposure to all different aspects of the company, allowing me to gain experience in all different areas. The management makes sure to invest time and effort into making sure the team is happy and enjoying what they are doing. There is a lot of collaborating among teams and skill sets, making each day new and exciting. The workdays fly by due to the variety of projects and the diversity in daily routines that each position presents. It has been a great place to grow and develop!
