Feels good to work there at first. Good Salary and great benefits.

Terminations at alarming rates and higher terminations of employees who are Indigenous. Forced to sign a release or you won’t get a high settlement. Gaslighting and silencing of already marginalized employees. If I wanted to feel this way I would have went back to my ex.
