1. An incredible team of writers and editors. The writers? Welcoming, easy to collaborate with, always open to discussions, and genuinely willing to help. 2. The editors? Some of the best you’ll ever work with. They are patient, knowledgeable, and always pushing you to improve with constructive feedback. 3. HR is approachable and understanding, making the workplace even better.
Cons
1. Writers and editors aren't consulted when higher-ups implement policies that negatively affect them, such as more work for the same pay. It’s a strictly top-down approach. 2. Don’t expect your rate to be reviewed anytime soon. The pay isn’t bad, though.
