Culture is Awful - Customer Support Representative MakeSpace Employee Review

The culture was awful. They would focus on diversity but really still be discriminatory. The pay was terrible for the amount of heat you were enduring. There was a lot of gray area where we would be essentially just clocking in to be yelled at 8hrs a day without being able to actually resolve the issue.
