Pros
The company grew a lot from the time I started there, I remained because of the good co-workers in my department. The friendly, diverse group of people is what you can expect.
Cons
As time grows, management changes and became more strict and supervisors focused too much on the minor problems rather than the good works. It came to a point where it became outrageous. The constant complaints, they operate like a machine, if there was even a slight error, they made it a trending topic for supervisors and you can't really do anything about it. None of them has the friendly smiley time demeanor. It's like walking into a funeral. You can't even have small chitchat with your coworkers. I believe it was only the international department that was a little bit more lively but wow, they put effort to make you put in your place. If the supervisor Mr. Kumar is still there, he is the light of hope for happiness in that company.
