None, trust me….. Just avoid it

Cons

Low salary, long working hrs compared to the workload, you have to handle so many projects at once. Zero support, they just train you once then throw you under the bus! They expected you to know everything even though they didn’t train you on system usage! No one here to support when you are handling special cases. And they will blame you for it lol. Leaders are lack of management skills! Admin didn’t care about you! No toilet paper, no stationeries.

No Pros at all for this company trust me.

Cons

Poor Staff Benefit including poor annual leave and poor salary offer. High job pressure and no empathy from management. No chance for promotion. Poor direction from management and rapid changes. They think they are good at employee engagement, but they are so poor with it and just pushing staff to attend event that are not necessary.
