* fully remote * competitive pay * the senior staff seem friendly * a good learning experience, you will hit the ground running * laissez fair, independent learning

* they let you go with zero warning and will do so early even if they agreed to a longer period of time if you don't meet their expectations * they have zero problems leaving you on read for a year or more despite promising to hire you * zero mentorship and expect senior/mid level work for junior level pay * superficially healthy company but toxic as hell as they look for juniors to exploit by paying them junior rates and giving zero guidance but expecting mid-senior results * agile/design sprint environment where you will be let go if you don't meet deadlines
