      The people are pretty much the pros

      Cons

      Monthly pay, bad management. Very minimal training. They have their own system they use to pick stock. They will show you once, then make you try to figure it out yourself. 9 and a half hour days

      There are a lot of opportunity to grow within the company if you are able to market yourself to the right people

      Cons

      Nepotism and favoritism is big. Wrong people in leadership position.
