Great place to work and ok values. A bit of work to do.
Cons
Bonuses are not something you can rely on as guaranteed income as it is purely reflective of your branch performance. So if a particular team under performs, then you may not qualify for anything. Big salary review needed. Cutting hours down is not enough.
