Timely payroll overshadowed by poor management and stagnation - Sales Manager Mainetti Employee Review

On my first day my desk and computer were set up, ready for me with any office supplies I needed. Every single person here (including the CEO's, Department managers etc) is kind and welcoming and helpful. The building including the bathrooms are clean and fully stocked. Someone comes daily to keep it that way. The company does volunteer work to give back to the community they reside in and give fellow employees the opportunity to join. Expectations are clear. We are treated like adults, not much micromanaging at all. The work is challenging but not stressful. Praise is given for a job well done and constructive feedback is given privately. I can see myself retiring with this company.

I don't know if this is really a con because I see them actively working to improve this but there are no SOP's in place for the processes here. There are many accounts and each have different things that go along with them and it rests on the shoulders of people who have been here a while to communicate these things. They recognize this and are working to improve.
