      Some of the best staff nurses in the world. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Some good managers but retaliation for speaking your up and silent bulling with nursing management outweigh the good nurse leaders.

      remote work, benefits are solid but not cost effective

      Cons

      senior leadership is horrible, micromanaging un realistic expectations from works with no incentives not even recognition,rapid changes with the expectation you can remember rules changing daily, no respect for staff allows patients to disrespect staff
