Pros

Fast advancement. Will work around home life. Opens up opportunities for future careers due to management on resume.

Cons

Disorganization and lack of communication. Management is never on the same page, resulting to constant conflicts between Management. D O's only care about keeping labor low, surveys high so they can get their bonuses and have no regards or care for anything that goes on in their center. Lack of training, If any training at all. You can't speak your mind or disagree with anything without being considered "problematic". God forbid you care about team members and fight for what's right because you have morals, because that can lead you to write ups and termination for "not being on the same page". GM's will write up managers for any little thing just to prove a point, but are not quick to help them succeed or given the right tools to help them grow. The salary is rediculous for 50 hour days. Most of the time you're working 55-60 due to late closings and having to wait for departments to finish cleaning. No home work life balance. If you think you'll be able to have your days off, think again, you're on salary, they expect you to answer every work related call, text or email because you are salary and technically still on the clock. I could go on and on, but we may be here for hours.
