The company has lost approximately 50% of its employees over the last 12 months for numerous reasons, a majority of them being over management or culture.
There is very little diversity within the company.
There is no respect for a work-life balance. "Hustle harder" and "Always grind" mentality. Expect to work 55+ hours and be told it's "doable and not concerning."
