Staff were overall friendly and helpful.

Cons

Dirty facility Understaffed Bugs/roaches/snakes in building. Poor quality of care, lack of follow up, patients not bathed. Overall disorganized. Memory care unit is a circus. Did not follow proper COVID 19 isolation

Flexible scheduling, excellent co- workers, up front and head strong about work values.

Cons

Lower quality facilities, older building needs renovations and updates. Over all work environment is filled with determination on patients wellbeing and ways to emprovevquality of care.

Extremely short staffing, some nurses would rather shop online than even lay a bed flat, old and dirty facility.
