The residents and staff were wonderful

Corporate office was worried about fixing thing that had nothing to do with improving patient care or working conditions.

There are a few outstanding individuals who make the place worth while. It is a family-like atmosphere, very laid back compared to the stress levels in other facilities.

The standard of cleanliness is average, often do not have supplies required to follow Dr orders. Meals served are sub par. Lots of res complaints regarding food and food service. While the 1st floor is very clean and nicely decorated, 2nd and 3r d floors are at a much lower standard. Benefits are awful.
