      low hierachy culture, senior staff is approachable variety in work, one doesn't get pigeonholed into one account or project type opportuntity to grow

      Lots of opportunities to grow, take responsibility. Co-workers are all great.

      It’s consulting so 50 hour weeks are normal, and that can bump up to 60+ during busy times
