-Very low pay compared to their rates in area -Raise is only .10 a year and only if you meet really strict guidelines, part-time employees will not get raise -understaffed all of the time and will hire people that don’t work, but instead of firing them will keep them on schedule so you do the work of two people or shifts -Management breaks laws all the time and expects you to back them up on it -The health insurance covers almost nothing -While they brag about payed educational benefits they will not give this to every employee, they will refuse these benefits to the best CNAs because they don’t want them to have another position
