Pros

MIL is a great place to work if you are looking for somewhere to grow and be challenged. I have always found myself bored with jobs but this place keeps you busy and is a place where you can learn about some very cool industries. This isn't a place for slackers, but if you come into work and work hard it is an amazing environment, They offer dynamic hands on training and great benefits. I would say the best part is managements desire for you to grow. This company is growing at an exponential rate right now. Management recognizes this and allows you to think outside of your day to day, allowing you to make a real impact in that growth. On a side note you also get your own parking spot which I think is pretty cool!

Cons

A lot can be put on your desk at times but that makes the day go by fast. As mentioned above this isn't a place for people who do not want to work, or just get by doing the minimum everyday. A smaller concern is that there is only 30 minute lunches, coming from a place where you get an hour this can be a bit of a bummer.

Pros

Training provided Good coworkers and opportunities to communicate with multiple departments

Cons

Communication from management was often inconsistent, and team suggestions were frequently not acknowledged. A lot of gossip and inappropriate remarks made about employees from management. Some team contributions went unrecognized, even when performance metrics were high. Delegation of responsibilities was uneven, sometimes leaving key tasks to senior staff while management remained largely disengaged. Opportunities for growth and promotions were more influenced by internal politics than performance. Overall, the work environment lacked consistent support, recognition, and a focus on professional development. Employees went ignored
