Magnet has a great work culture & very supportive colleagues who want to help you succeed. Their internship program included a fully intern-driven company project where you collaborate with the other interns across all of the different teams. You’ll learn a lot about the company and industry.

None during my time there

I have been working as a freelance creative professional for many years now and the team at Magnet has been a joy to work with. They are communicative and open to collaboration which is a must for me. The projects have been interesting and the organization coming from the producers is top notch. I very much enjoy working with the Magnet team.

The only cons I've encountered so far have been some challenging deadlines, but thats more from the client side then the production side. I've definitely had to work a few late nights and weekends to meet the timelines. While it's not my favorite thing to do, it's also something that tends to go with the territory in freelancing. Thankfully it seems to be the exception rather than the norm.
