      The assembly area is air conditioned

      Cons

      6-7 days a week working in a toxic environment alongside felons and sex offenders for little pay and terrible benefits and even when you run out of parts for hours you cant leave! Please for the love of God and your mental health find someplace else to work!

      Entrepreneurial mindset, forward looking manufacturing company working hard to maintain competitive in the ever evolving auto industry

      Cons

      Office politics at times, but you can typically overcome that with productivity, effort and advocating for yourself
