      The chance to work with some fine people on the design of high tech products.

      Cons

      Incompetent Management rules by fear. Horrible manufacturing support. Underbids and understaffs programs. Sales group runs company into ground and runs off good people.

      Office politics at times, but you can typically overcome that with productivity, effort and advocating for yourself
