      Pros

      The Students are fantastic. The pay was the best of most schools I worked for. I received the hours I wanted to work.

      Cons

      The school will always support the students over the teacher. If a student gives an invalid review it won’t be removed.

      Flexible schedule, no pressure, as long as you are prompt.

      Cons

      Classes have been declining after the changes 3 years ago.. Great pity! Wonderful school!

      Pay is pretty good if you can commit to enough hours to earn bonuses

      Cons

      hours are Beijing time, so very early morning in the US They have switched to homeroom classes, so you can't just open your schedule on days you are available and get scheduled, which was what made this attractive before as a filler for when other jobs weren't as active
