- the company culture allows you to be your authentic self and "bring your whole self to work" -the employees, ownership, and management are truly genuine and caring people -there is a culture of doing what is right, and trying to do it well
Cons
- it's a small company with few mentoring options -it's still in start-up mode so it can be disorganized and hectic
