Once you get past the Frogger game and free lunch twice a week in the Chicago office you realize there are many flaws. Including a very arrogant executive leadership team who don't realize how there clique attitudes are perceived by others. If your a millennial just out of college you may be blinded by the glitz but if your an industry professional who has been around the block you will see through it all very quickly. If you decide to move on they will treat you horribly even when you do it in a professional manner. Felt very bad for the people that have left and how they were treated.
