Pros

there are no pros about this company

Cons

This company is a horrible organization. The CEOs son does not listen to what his employees have to say and is extremely short tempered. There is horrible work life balance, and unreal expectations. The partners do not care about their employees and only care about money. The work environment is toxic and the benefits are horrible.

Pros

Long term professional growth, stability, fast paced, collaborative and engaging. I have had the ability to grow within my position rather than feeling the need to move elsewhere to advance my career.

Cons

I do not have any to mention

Pros

You can negotiate a competitive base salary for the position. Like any company of this size, you will run into people who are very nice and helpful, and others who or more in it for themselves.

Cons

Their model is similar to that have a Michael Page, it's a burn and churn atmosphere with people leaving or getting terminated under the year mark. Why is that? The employer will say, they weren't good at their job. I will say, then why did you hire that person and why do you continue to hire people who don't stay past the elusive year marker? So are you saying your own recruiting department (this is a recruiting agency after all so you'd think they'd have this down) isn't good at vetting candidates? Speaking of, lots of miscommunication regarding the 1 day WTH policy. Is it after two weeks of training, 2 months, 2 years? Training is also horrendous. Some managers were thrust in the management role without either wanting it, or getting the training on being a manager and it shows in the training.
