Unprofessional - Administrator Mader Group Employee Review

All management in the Fort Collins office are toxic. You will have no voice at this company. Forget about annual raises or praise for the work you put in. It will never be good enough. The office is full of petty gossip and management is a huge part of it. The managers are uneducated mechanics that do not know how to run a business. They are arrogant and unprofessional in every way. There is no HR here in America so if you are having any issues, good luck. If you are looking for a professional working environment, look elsewhere.
