There are no pros for this so-called big company

1,Not enough staff they have to manage their machines ,they make and treat employee as a slave to work on double shifts and sometimes on triple like seriously 24 hours . 2.company is very far a way from city and on the company except water don't expect anything, they are not providing any type of food . 3. On your shift if you know that you have to do next shift also, and you don't have a food so tight your belt on your tummy because they are not providing even a ticky pack of biscuit . 4. In short, hell is good may be as compare to this firm.

Starting salary package for engineers are low. Compromising in salary packages for engineers. No job enrichment plans for engineers. Flat Hierarchy Structure. Diploma holders and Unqualified Persons are hired on engineering positions.
