Pros

This company does offer salaries and benefits.

Cons

The sales leadership is extremely unskilled and incompetent. Instead of support and guidance, you will be met with micromanagement and toxic behavior at every click. The online learning software sold by this company is in such a state of disrepair that it is virtually unusable. It actually hinders learning and creates a ton of stress for all its users, particularly the professors. A significant amount of your time will be spent pleading with departments to not ditch the product. There are product specialists in place to offer support for this crumbling technology but most of them are disengaged and unresponsive. Actually, most of them are incompetent and lacking experience all around. In short, this company is a sinking ship. The outdated technology, poor management, and disengaged support team create a toxic work environment. Save yourself a lot of unnecessary stress and steer clear of this place.
