      Nice and friendly people, supportive work environment, very little pressure, good on working hours for women, flexible on home working

      Cons

      Dreadful location in the middle of nowhere, low morale, clunkingly slow to get anything done, very noisy from Sainsbury's depot next door

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
