It’s good to hear that flexibility and pay are landing well. At the same time, we take concerns around culture, leadership, and ways of working seriously.
We know experiences can vary across teams, and feedback like this highlights where we need to improve, particularly around how teams collaborate, make decisions, and ensure time spent in meetings leads to meaningful outcomes.
We’re actively working on this through initiatives like 'NO GAPS', which focus on calling out behaviours that don’t work, strengthening accountability, and creating a more inclusive, supportive environment for everyone.
There’s more to do, and feedback like this helps us keep that focus where it matters.
