      Pros

      Steady Pay check even if it's crap pay. Co-Workers Overtime policy

      Cons

      Owner is in own world - claims to be broke while buying planes, boats, and land Hot, tedious, boring work Lack of raises for years now behind the pay curve by miles and can barely survive on what they pay. Work-life balance has to be carefully planned due to working every other weekend. No accountability from the top on down.

      There is no pro's unless you need a pay check

      Cons

      Constant complaining by people working there 10 plus years, adjusters don't want to do their job, lack of paper role changes and poly, it's like pulling teeth to get someone to do their job at this place.
