Owner is in own world - claims to be broke while buying planes, boats, and land Hot, tedious, boring work Lack of raises for years now behind the pay curve by miles and can barely survive on what they pay. Work-life balance has to be carefully planned due to working every other weekend. No accountability from the top on down.
