Flexible working time Good work from home policy Good compensation if you have done some fancy degree from abroad. Can work on any project you feel like working in.
Cons
Worst Management. Was too good before but after 4 executive head left the company the wannabe head popped out from everywhere and are running and ruling company according to there will and having absolutely monkey knowledge. Literally fooling the CEO who is least interested in IT department. Nod ur heads to what they say and you will be getting good compensation for everything. Don't join the company as it will fascinate you initially and afterwards will ruin your career!
