Pros

This is good company for people who just start to work in the industry and know nothing about it. If you decided to start from something easy and funny. Don't expect too much money or skills out of this job, such expectations can ruin your time at Machine Vision Indonesia.

Cons

- Don't expect there'll be THR here - Unstructured chaos - Poor pay - Neverending overtime - Blame culture - Lousy benefits - No opportunity for advancement - Terrible bosses - Poor communications - Financially unstable company - Middle managers struggle to manage the expectations of the upper management, sometimes C-level can be quite micro managerial. - Compensation and benefits are not there yet. Increments once in two years or so, no bonuses Owners are uninterested in constructive criticism and ideas. The management staff appears to have just graduated from high school. The general managers are fresh out of university and have no prior experience.

No Salary Growth: Despite good performance and hard work, there's no transparency or fair evaluation system for salary increases. Basic benefits and allowances are minimal or nonexistent. Toxic Leadership: The chief/superior often communicates harshly and disrespectfully, creating a toxic and mentally draining work environment. Feedback is rarely constructive—more often demoralizing. No Career Development: There’s no clear career path. Even senior employees tend to remain stuck in the same positions for years. Unreasonable Workload: Employees are frequently expected to work beyond office hours without compensation or appreciation.
