Pros
Good pay rate for internal staff, which depends on your own negotiating skills. Decent pay rate for agency workers. High-class clients.
Cons
Poor communication between sites and head office. Often payroll mistakes in employee’s wages. Impossibility to provide decent hours for the agency workers, when there are low volumes of work, refusing to pay people from their holidays hours for the cut shifts. Old, bad organised database. Not allowing sites and branches to do their payroll, which in their opinion must be done in head office only. They see employees as profit only, they do not treat them as humans.
