Pros
The team is great, it is one of the strengths of Macheight. It is a small company with not many projects, but enough to request for a change if needed. They have a small group of students who get promoted to actual jobs, so it is a nice place to start your career. CTO works closely with teams, so you always have someone to learn from. You have to do everything so you will learn from each part of the development process.
Cons
The load is considerable, I would say it is the place where I have been asked the most out of me regarding performance and points per spring, and the salaries are not that great for a bilingual engineer since the market is offering quite more right now. Not the company to work on if looking for a place to have a good balance work-life, like you kind of can underperform, but that won't allow you to get promoted and will end up getting you fired eventually. While working at Macheight, there was no way to get promoted; the job title you got at the beginning, that was it.
