      Innovative You'll definitely learn a lot of practices that aren't used in other conpanies. The team is friendly Lots of social events

      People are very competitive, you see it at all levels, and. Normally the little guy at the bottom suffers Too much pressure They often seem lost You hear "we need to hit these KPIs so the man up top can get his bonus" a lot. Work life balance isn't great - there's just too much pressure. What they shout about to external isn't always true internal.
